My coffee was delicious. It’s not too sweet loaded with sugar. It’s actual coffee. My first visit I got a small, hot white mocha. I went back the next day to get a blended turtle latte. I love how they tell you, “You can scoot on around to the window.” Very unique. Thank you!

I go here constantly. Starbucks quality drinks and food without the Starbucks long lines BUT with Chick-fil-A customer service Prices are about the same, but since Starbucks changed their rewards program, you get more free drinks at Scooters! Highly recommend
Extremely friendly service at this new location. They only have the drive thru so be patient as they make one drink at a time. I don’t know why you would give this place a negative review. They are trying their best to be fast and very nice. It’s a little weird that there are parking spaces along the drive thru lane coming in and not a whole lot of room for people to back out with cars lined up.
After a horrible breakfast at the IHOP next door, we decided to grab some Scooters before hitting the road. Never been to this place before. Great food and great coffee. Refreshing recovery for the morning.
I stop by here at least 3 to 4 times a week and everything is always phenomenal! Service is fast and friendly and my iced lattes always taste great! Even when I have stopped by during the morning rush, I have never waited more than 5 to 10 minutes and there is no drop in quality regardless of how busy they are.
There is always excellent service!! It always brightens my day when they tell me to “scoot around” after placing my order! I recently ordered a medium nitro cold brew that had only been filled about half way due to a setting on the machine. When I came back around, the owner was able to have it filled to the proper level and explained where this sized should typically be filled to. I felt obligated to leave a review since I never have a bad experience and it always brightens my day when I come by!
This place is amazing. I frequent the one in O'Fallon most often and it seems the most cosy in the area aside from Glen Carbon. It is much better than Starbucks as far as consumer relations are concerned. When I visit, I'm not constantly reminded that they're in the business of making money. I don't go every day but they definitely have a customer for life. I won't say I've never had a bad experience but when I do have one (which is few and far between) they are quick to rectify it. And more importantly, I have major food allergies (dairy) and I have NEVER had a problem here.
